I am proud of the FAA’s efforts to make quality childcare accessible to our safety professionals who work around the clock to keep the flying public safe.
"When you have balance in your life, work becomes an entirely different experience. There is a passion that moves you to a whole new level of fulfillment and gratitude, and that's when you can do your best, for yourself and for others." —Cara Delevingne
Expecting perpetual perfection in work and life is a recipe for disaster. Balance is hard, give yourself some grace.
We need to make ourselves/our families a priority while enjoying the work we do. Finding that balance is the key to success!
When you can’t schedule children’s fevers, parenthood really magnifies the importance of work life balance
Work and family balance are both keys to happiness and healthy relationships. Even as we take pride in the work we do and we give it our 100% at all time, we have to maintain a healthy balance to spend time with our treasured family.
Work and Family Balance is extremely important to me because it helps me maintain a positive spirit!
You're greatest contributions in life aren't just about your work. They're the way you've fed your soul, lived your life and the way you've impacted the lives of your loved ones.
When you are part of the sandwich generation, sometimes you feel like the wrong type of jelly in the PBJ, but you stick it out cause you realize you’re really the peanut butter. And I appreciate the resources available to us as FAA employees and the ever-growing emphasis on how to achieve and maintain a healthy WorkLife balance.
Life is like flying an airplane. In order to keep your balance, you must keep flying
Striving for success in our careers is important, but never at the cost of neglecting the people we love. Finding a healthy balance between work and family is not only essential for our well-being but also enriches the quality of our achievements.
