Welcome

The Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) mission is to provide the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world. Each day the FAA relies on its talented and dedicated workforce to ensure the public can fly safely and efficiently throughout our National Airspace System (NAS).

The NAS requires attention 24 hours/7 days a week. FAA’s committed employees work evenings and weekends across our lines of businesses. FAA employees with families cannot always locate reliable child care or access valuable information and resources. We understand that no two family situations are the same!

HR presents the first Evening and Weekend Child Care and Family Fair. The goal of this interactive event is to bring together information, resources and specific vendors (au pairs and nanny agencies) for you to establish connections in order to determine what best meets your family’s needs today and to attract and retain our skilled workforce for tomorrow.

HR WorkLife, the child care programs and benefits are an integral part of creating a stable and diverse workforce. Together at this Fair we will share resources, talk directly with vendors for new ideas, gather referrals, explore specific solutions and create a current and future workforce that can meet all the challenges and opportunities ahead. This event supports the FAA’s core values, activities, and mission, we are so glad you can join us!
